To access the multimedia sermons in the Audio/Video section, you must be online and able to access our website. Due to space concerns, only 2 studies of the many multimedia files normally available through the Audio/Video section are available on the CD.

As well, there may be a number of other reasons why you can't properly open our audio files and while most relate to your personal computer settings and sometimes, temporary server difficulties, the most common reason is that your computer isn't running RealPlayer. This is the only program that can properly run our .rm audio and video files. If you don't yet have it installed on your computer, you can run the installer located on the CD at:

X:\Installers\realbasic.exe, where X is the drive letter of your CD-ROM Drive.

Realbasic.exe will require about 25MB of hard disk space to install. If you have further problems, please feel free to email us with your specific difficulties.
