Senior Pastor Bill Foote has been involved in ministry for over 30 years. This includes serving for 8 years as a pastor in a large Orange County church, as well as being a missionary in England for 11 years where he and his wife Carri planted a healthy and growing church in Ashford, Kent. While in England Pastor Bill served as a full time Senior Pastor, conference speaker, and host of the radio program, “Walking in the Word”. Pastor Bill and Carri returned to the U.S. in August of 2007, continuing their service in the ministry, which led to the planting of Saving Grace Community Church in July of 2010, and Grace Springs Bible Church in 2016.
